Legal Help: This package provides our customers the power to talk to an attorney about any personal legal issue. The referred attorney will provide members with free services**, which include:
Unlimited initial phone consultations for new legal matters.
Initial one-on-one consultations for new legal matters.
Attorney review of independent legal documents (6 page max.) per new matter.
When deemed appropriate by the attorney, they will write letters on your behalf.
When deemed appropriate by the attorney, they will make phone calls on your behalf.
Assistance in solving problems with government programs such as welfare and INS.
They will help you represent yourself in small claims court – (lawyers are prohibited from representing clients in small claims)

Identity Theft Protection to help protect your good name. It provides thorough, personalized prevention and recovery services. Prevention services include a test to help you gauge your risk of identity theft and create a Personal Protection Plan. If you do become the victim of identity theft, an assigned recovery advocate can: 1. review your credit reports, 2. Help you place fraud alerts, 3. advise you of your rights and 4. Walk through the steps to resolve the incident.
Tax Helpline: Access to the Tax professionals (Right Financial-Right Return) 24/7 to answer your tax questions and discounted tax preparation services.
